Fabrice Zagbayou

Fabrice has 14 years of professional experience in different sectors such as banking, telecom, consulting on subjects such as mobile banking, strategy, digital. In his past, Fabrice has been the project lead of a mobile banking solution for a telecom firm and was also in charge of others projects like redesigning the retail value chain in order to increase revenue,  customer lifecyle management project and so on. He has also led strategy and digital transformation missions. For example, written economic policy for governments and huge firms, or  helped banks and insurance companies in their digital transformation process. His multidisciplinary profile has allowed him to work on financial transaction missions such as company valuations, drafting business plans and strategic plans, or motivating investment decisions for different investment funds. Fabrice has an Executive MSc in Finance from EM Lyon and another MSc in Information System Business intelligence. He has certificates from HEC for business strategy and strategic management of innovation, from the University of Michigan on new payment models, from the Colombia business school on the management of digital companies, from the New York institute of Finance in mergers and acquisitions. Fabrice is fluent in French and English
