With over 15 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, Manohisoa is a Senior Consultant with Amarante Consulting since 2014. Her main areas of expertise are market scoping, end-user need assessment, strategic advisory including distribution strategy and digital-based product development. Manohisoa has a comprehensive knowledge of the North and West African market by managing large-scale projects in the Digital Finance space for multiple client types ranging from Telecom operators to banks, Microfinance Institutions, FinTech companies, and international donor organizations. She intervenes for digital financial services providers in enhancing their mobile money distribution strategy, designing innovative products targeting low income unbanked and underbanked populations and managing greenfield projects in key markets. Prior to joining Amarante Consulting, Manohisoa worked with Société Générale Bank group as a corporate branch and account manager for large, medium-sized and small-scale businesses. She has been involved as a lead specialist and on-site project manager when Société Générale developed its financial inclusion and new market penetration strategy in Madagascar and Senegal. Manohisoa holds a Masters degree in Economics from the Rhineland University Friedrich-Wilhelm in Bonn, Germany, as well as a post-graduate degree in Banking Techniques, from the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts (CNAM) in Paris, France. Manohisoa is fluent in Malagasy, French, English, and German.
