Amarante Managing Director, Sahana Arun Kumar Kumar led a week long module on how to “Manage the Human Dimension of Change” to focus on the essential elements of driving change and gaining staff buy-in when asked to adopt innovative technologies to communicate with customers, grant loans and generate other products and services in the digital age. Amarante also congratulated all Boulder Institute of Microfinance participants who took their “Digital Transformation of Microfinance Institutions (Dt-Mfi)” course. Among other topics, the theme of managing the human dimension of the change brought by digital projects will be addressed.
