Amarante Consulting has been a proud member of the European Microfinance Platform (e-MFP) for over five years. This November (2024), we had the privilege of curating and delivering an interactive session at European Microfinance Week (EMW) 2024 in Luxembourg.
If you’ve attended EMW before, you’ll know it’s one of the most exciting events in the financial inclusion calendar—bringing together over 600 experts and changemakers to tackle some of the most pressing challenges facing the sector.
This year’s theme focused on building resilience and advancing sustainability through inclusive finance, with sessions covering topics from ESG integration and digital transformation to financial inclusion for forcibly displaced persons (FDPs). Amarante’s session, “Impact Management: Institutionalizing Impact-Driven Change,” brought together over 80 practitioners to dive into challenges like data consistency, embedding impact DNA, and aligning ESG practices with the SDGs. It was an engaging, discussion-driven session where the audience shared insights and collaborated on actionable strategies to make impact a core part of an organization’s culture and processes.
This publication captures the essence of our session, reflecting on trends, collaborative insights, and the way forward for fostering inclusive, impactful, and sustainable financial ecosystems. We invite you to explore the document and join the conversation on driving impact in financial inclusion.
