In a collaborative, multi partner project aimed at increasing rural adoption of digital financial service and helping young entrepreneurs seize economic opportunities in this ecosystem, Amarante team provides technical assistance to an agent network franchisor to strengthen its capacity in setting up, managing and supporting youth agents. This includes generating training content and administering training to identified youth entrepreneurs who would go on to be mobile money agents in Senegal. Our team also provides support to Orange to improve liquidity management and develop best practices and new procedures for direct use by the telecom operators’ supervisors.
