As part of the implementation of an electronic wallet (Agriwallet) for the pineapple value chain actors, Amarante (TA partner) and Open SI (the solution provider) designed a business model to ensure the product’s economic viability and business relevance: Pascal, global Director and Fabrice, Senior Consultant together with our partner firm OpenSI, organized a series of workshops with pineapple cooperatives and clusters during the last week of June to explain the business model to be implemented, the functionalities, the pricing, and the schedule for the pilot phase.
