Antonia, joins us as a Senior Consultant and is based in Dakar. She started her career as a business controller and during more than ten years of professional experience, she acquired skills and competences in many management areas such as marketing and commercial, logistics, human resources, business analysis, tax and legal. Apart from that, working for an e-commerce company and building a mobile money solution as project manager, she developed a passion for financial inclusion and e-commerce professions and started to work exclusively on that topic. She was responsible of the Implementation of a mobile money solution for Africa Shop, headed CFAO e-commerce branch in Senegal and also worked as a Project Manager at PATISEN, a leading company in Senegal and a major player in West and Central Africa, specializing in the trading, production and distribution of food products. At Patisen, Antonia worked on the design and implementation of the PATISEN electronic money project. This included development of the commercial offer of services, recruitment of dedicated staff (sales, marketing, etc.), search for technical and financial partners, competitive intelligence, creation of the own distribution network, monitoring of regulatory and tax aspects, etc.
