Naffi is a Senior Consultant at Amarante Consulting, based in Côte d’Ivoire, with nearly a decade of experience in the banking sector across several Sub-Saharan African countries. She brings extensive expertise in retail banking transformation, digitalization, and financial inclusion.
Before joining Amarante, Naffi led the retail transformation of Société Générale across 11 subsidiaries in Sub-Saharan Africa, driving the development of new customer journeys, the implementation of tailored digital and product offerings, and the modernization of branch networks. She also designed comprehensive change management strategies for both employees and customers, integrating communication, training, and engagement initiatives.
Her work further includes contributing to digital transformation programs such as mobile banking applications and electronic signature platforms and playing a key role in expanding Société Générale’s financial inclusion initiative, YUP, across multiple markets.
Naffi holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT and E-Commerce and a Master’s in Marketing and Strategy from CESAG Senegal. She is currently pursuing an MBA at Warwick Business School.
