She excels as a Project Manager, leading complex projects in diverse sectors like digital and financial inclusion, SME and entrepreneurship, agriculture, and gender. Her ability to manage stakeholders, budgets, and timelines while fostering effective team collaboration results in impactful solutions for underserved communities. Farida honed her skills in social development. She led the Innovation Lab at the UNDP Egypt office, where she spearheaded the development of creative solutions to social challenges. She has also solidified her expertise in social development by crafting behaviour targeted messages that resonate with and move communities towards positive behaviour change.
